I just checked my 2L jug out of curiosity, and like Randall, there are no
warnings for using Simple Green on aluminum surfaces.  One of the suggested
mixes is for full strength doses of Simple Green on automotive surfaces,
including degreasing engines, which invariably always have some sort of
aluminum component.

Same here, I had no clue, until I saw what it did to aluminum.

Now to find something more tame to use on aluminum.
