One thing I've come across lately is a circular saw blade called the Morse "metal devil". It cuts metal like it's wood. It doesn't grind it, it actually makes chips. I just recently bought one, and I haven't used it much, but so far, I'm impressed. Their web site has video demos and if you take their little quiz, they'll send you a free T-shirt!
