I used to use one in my garage in Wyoming. It would warm up the garage enough to make it bearable. The air was so dry that the humidity created by the heater was unnoticeable. I used to open the garage door an inch or two (double wide door) to provide plenty of ventilation, but the heat rose and kept me warm enough. That was probably the secret, as I never got the headaches from the CO. But nowadays, I'd have a carbon monoxide detector. Tim Mullen |
