Replacement Blades for Harbor Freight Air Body Saw

Hi,

Should I expect replacement blades for this Harbor Freight air body saw 
to be generally available, or can I only order them from HF?

I checked Lowe's but only found reciprocating saw blades. Looks like I 
could make them fit with some modifications with my grinder.
