You need to seal them with something tougher. BIN is a shellac-based
product that does a good job on most bleed-through problems. Some things
still bleed through. Another good (but really nasty-smelling) sealer is
KILZ. Still another, old-fashioned alternative is to paint (spray is easier
and leaves no brush marks) aluminum paint over the spots.
One of thoser should fix it for you.
