Try http://www.steelbuilding.com => click on "Price Building". This is a
great site to estimate the cost of a steel building.  You can try different
sizes, doors, insulation, etc....  This will give you an estimate for the
cost of the building materials.  Then you can focus on the slab, plumbing,
electrical, HVAC and customizations.
