CM "Bolt Outs"

Has anyone tried the Craftsman "Both out" set?

I just saw a commercial on it and while the commercial was pretty bad, the 
bolt outs seem like a good idea.

The set is $20 for 4 or 5 bolt outs. 

Any Ideas?
