You're committing the mortal sin of air-compressor-purchasing by going
with a single stage. :-)
I am interested in your opinion of the single stage vs dual stage issue.
The Ingersole-Rand single stage I was looking at was rated for 5000
hours. I am 56. 5000 hours is 3 hours every Saturday until I'm 86. :-)
I'll never use it that much.
I've been told single stage is much noisier than dual stage. I have a
hearing aid. My lawn mower is noisy too. I wear hearing protection.
Thoughts...
