Around here (Omaha) they don't care if you're certified to dive, they just
care if the tank is certified to hold air. Scuba tanks have to be hydro
tested every five years. Also, while I don't think it's a law, the dive
shops around here want to visually inspect the inside of the tank each year.
No hydro and visual tank certification -- no air.
