I'm sure there must be a good "how-to" out there somehwere, but I can't find it. How can I paint a set of black Toyota OEM steel wheels silver and have the paint stay on through a few winters? Obviously, I'm not talking show wheels. Recommendations, hints, tips, appreciated.
