Go to a horticultural vendor and you'll see long poles with a
crook in the end, topped with a "shower head". They connect
to a water hose. On-off valve near at the hose-connect.
As for why they have plants in the shop, I think the rest
of the photos reveal that someone who is interested in
environmental factors (maybe a woman?) was involved in the
design of this place.
