Suburban brakes

Either your wife brakes a lot or drags the brakes, or
the load-proportioning valve is stuck and the brakes
are being biased to the front.

I don't know what it looks like on a Chevvy.
It's usually attached to the rear axle and attempts
to measure rear weight by sending suspension sag.
