I believe this is an AT&T problem, possibly a transient one. I have been
having similar problems except the other way around, they do not recognize
my employers domain name, so I cannot send email to my home account through
my employer's mail server. Any other SMTP server works just fine, and
anyone but ATT accepts mail from here just fine.
You can try contacting ATT support, only took me 4 tries (at 30 minutes a
try) to get someone who could even understand that he could not understand
the problem. "Elevated to technical support team", I've never heard another
word from them.
