Can't you get a 3/8" in inch pounds and then just put a 3/8" to 1/4"
converter on it?  I have a 3/8" 250 in-lb torque wrench, but it's a
clicker, not a beam, and if you want to maintain the proper torque,
could be difficult with that type, although not impossible.
