I've just bought a zinc plating kit for use with a vehicle restoration
project.
The zinc anodes are noted as "99.996% pure".
Can anyone tell me whether the zinc used in galvanizing is the same
purity ?
The reason I ask is that I can easily get all the other content of the
kit locally and can also get zinc from a local galavanizing company.
