Sorry to disagree with you Fred but once you've used "proper" rags you'll never 
go back to
"shirt-tail" rags - not even to "old T-shirt" rags - not to mention 
"never-worn-nightie" rags.
And proper ones don't cost much. Sort of like buying new tires vs 
"$20-specials".
