at least 300F and then form this over a wooden base covered in felt and let cool to harden in place. If you are going to use a metal form, then cover it in felt to prevent any scratches or possibility that the plastic will take any impressions from the metal you are using. Also a warning note- acrylic/plexiglass can give off nasty fumes, some of which are combustable so do this in a well ventilated area! Dan C.
