If you are a bit of a "scrounger", watch your local auto parts stores. Their various suppliers are in constant "warfare" for the individual store's business and often furnish new bins and cabinets when they "rebox" the inventory. The old cabinets get thrown out back many times. I have this wonderful "hardware cabinet" that was once full of Imperial brass fittings.
