Table Saw Hieght

I've got  a Craftman  ( Contractor Series) table saw. It has wheels attached
which I need to pull the unit away from the wall when I use it.  Works well
except with the wheel kit it seems a bit high.
Anyone know if there is a general rule as to how high a table saw should be
for safe operation?
