I ran a 100 amp line and sub panel to my shop... with a 5 horse compressor, a stick welder and a plasma cutter I have to be careful to not run the welder or the cutter when the compressor is on... that can be a problem with the cutter sometimes cause it needs the air ??? Bite the bullet.... spend the extra for the 200 amp and never have to worry... if you need more that that you probably need to look at commercial 3 phase service... john /// /// shop-talk@autox.team.net mailing list /// |
