No.  A hip roof is a roof on a square building.  Roof consists of four
triangles, coming to a point at the top.  Or a roof on a rectangular
building with two triangles on the end and two trapizoids on the side coming
together to form a ridgepole shorter than the building.

That would be called a "barn roof" or "gambrel roof".
