I'm in the process of preping the shop for paint... the windows are in sad shape and need reglazing... I've removed all the old putty and am 'trying' to reglaze... I'm having a hard time with the putty pulling out as I smooth it. I've tried wetting the putty knife with linseed oil and it helps some, but it's not as slick as I'd like or as easy... come on guys...what's the secret ??? TIA john |
