dunno what saw _you_ saw in home depot, but the only one they have here is
$800+.  'course, you can rent it for $20 a day, with an $800 deposit.  on
the plus side, the thing cuts _great_.  I see them in harbor freight all
the time, I'm thinking about buying one from them.  I don't use it for
more than one or two projects a year either, but when I do need it, I
can't drive 45 min to h.d. every time I need a compound cut.  the last
ptoject had about 20 tiles with those freaky curved poly-radii cuts--my
mom wanted them to wrap around a tub in her house, among other things.
