Minor addition to all this; amplifier headsinks cool mostly by convection
(air flowing past them), not by radiation. It's also reasonably easy to cool
(somewhat) buildings (that do not have A/C) in the summer by exhausting the
hotter air and replacing it with (hopefully) cooler outside air. This would
make a much larger difference that radiated energy. (someone with a physics
book can look up the curve of how much energy is radiated vs temperature-it's
really low in the range we can live.)
