Mike, you might take a look at Eastwood, either print or on-line
catalog.  They have spot weld cutters, both are rotary types; the "pro"
model comes in 3/8 and 1/2 inch sizes or as a kit.  Prices range from
$20 - $28, and $43 for both.

They also carry the Lincoln Pro-cut 25 Plasma cutter @ $1255.00.  (You
oughta be able to do better locally when you figure ship & handling.)
Our welder just drools when he uses one.
