Actually, the definitive treatise (IMHO) on how to do this is Carol
Smith's "* To Win" books. Don't remember which one it is in, probably
Engineer or Tune to Win. He give all the examples, one bolt, two, >2,
what to tie it to, etc. I'll look it up @ home tonight if I remember...
