I worked in Sears hardware dept in 1987 & if you push hard enought they will
give you anything! I bought a 3.5hp aircompressor from them used it had been
returned i used it now & then one day i was using my da & bang snap OH
SH#T the conecting rod broke so i took it to the service center they fixed it
on the spot it wasnt even close to being out of warranty ! About 2 weeks or
so later the SOB BROKE again so i decdided to just take it to the store &
demand a new one!!!! I wheeled it into the store & asked for the dept
manager they clerk asked what was wrong i told him i wanted a new one he
wrote a slip up 5 min, later i drove away with mt new aircompressor which was
now a 4hp model was updated so i got this thing for $229 i still use it all
the time never any trouble
