I agree - a thin cutoff disk is a much better choice. I used a 1/4" drill motor and a grinding wheel because that's what I had. (I also did it with the spindle on the car!) Wear eye protection. Cover anything you want to protect with damp paper towels. Be patient. The grinding will help do some differential heating, as well. |
