Some localities prohibit the installation of this type of facility. Even if they are allowed, they usually must meet the set-back requirements for your municipality. It's a good idea to check with your local planning commission to find out what is permitted. You can take a chance; but if your neighbor complains, and the facility is illegal, you may be out the cost of installation. FWIW, Linda Theil theil@ismi.net |
