           Yes there is such a thing.Sears,J.C.Whitney and Northern hydralics 
all carry them and probably Harbour freight also. They are popular with the 
racing crowd who need to rivet a lot sheet metal. From what I saw in my 
catalogs they range from around $60 to $250. A racing friend showed me his 
and told me that they work great.
