Geez, is that old issue still being brought up in the popular press?
That was de-bunked quite a few years ago now; there was one report
several years ago, based on very incomplete data, of a slight
correlation between aluminum ingestion via cookware and the development
of Alzheimer's disease. More recent studies, based on much larger
and more complete data sets, have consistently failed to show any
such correlation. I wouldn't worry too much about getting Alzheimer's
from breathing blast cabinet dust.
