o.k., everyone seems to agree that epoxy paint is the way to go
for garage floors. so, where is the very cheapest place to get the
stuff???
also, i noticed that hirsch's miracle paint is advertised for concrete
coating as well as rust prevention. anybody tried it ???
this is almost an academic question since it is over $80 per gallon--
but it does put one hell of a hard finish on rusty metal.
