The http://www.autobodystore.com sells the HobbyAir system for less than
Eastwood and I am very happy with mine.  My lungs are already messed up so
I use my HobbyAir quite a bit to try and keep breathing as long as
possible.  My only complaint is the noise, its about as noisy as your
average house vacuum cleaner and that gets on my nerves after a while.
