Here is the decision the Ingersoll Rand 231  with 425 ft lbs for $125, the
Chicago Pneumatic CP 746 with 450 ft lbs for $109 or a used Ingersoll Rand
2131 with 600 ft lbs for $25 dollars! I guess the problem is the used one
may be weak and might need to be repaired on the other hand it might be in
good condition. I'm leaning towards the used one with the Chicago
Pneumatic as the second choice. Anyone have any experience with the IR
2131?
