We've had one of these for several years, using it on our mini restorations. It works pretty well but sometimes inexplicably pops the 30Amp breaker it's plugged into (all by itself.) The tips last longer than we expected and it cuts nasty metal very well. After about a year of intermittant use, it quit. We opened it and found the rectifier burnt. Daytona replaced it under warranty, but even if they hadn't, it was only about $15-20. We recommend it. |
