-> I have looked at several small lathes and have found a Craftsman 12" -> x 36" with a three and four jaw chucks, quick change gear box and -> misc tooling included. Price is about $1300. That's a fair price. Not an outstanding price, but fair. -> Has anyone had any experience with the Craftsman lathes? How's the -> price? Any alternative suggestions? The majority of Craftsman lathes were made by Atlas, which is out of business, but parts are still available through Clausing. |
