The paper works pretty well - it has a volatile oil which evaporates and
coats the tools. Another thought is to save that stuff that comes in little
cloth bags in new electronic equipment (the stuff that advises you not to
eat it). I forgot the name, but it absorbs moisture, and when it gets
saturated you just stick it in the oven at a very low temperature to drive
off the accumulated moisture. It is then as good as new and can go back to
work. Another thought on the lightbulb is to build a somewhat airtight
wooden cabinet with a couple of low wattage bulbs in it for keeping
everything dry.
