Have you tried the old melted wax trick? Heat up the bolt head (not red hot,
but just about). Stick a small candle as close to the threads as you can get
(behind the bolt head). The wax from the candle will wick into the threads and
make removal really easy. I've used this technique on exhaust manifold bolts &
it works like a charm. If the bolt head is corroded onto the pully, real
problem you might have is finding a crack big enough under the bolt head for
the wax to seep into. If that's the case, I suggest professional help :-)
