I bought one from Sears several years ago, with a drop light and an
incorporated outlet.  It will not retract all by itself, you have to help
push it in, but it hangs in the middle of my two car garage and reaches
all corners and out the door.  It is pretty convenient, but a bit on the
cheap side.  Price, about $30, several years ago.
