Pricing on Lincoln welder?

Finally going to bite the big one and buy my own MIG'er.  I've followed the old
threads on various pros/cons, and finally stopped by the local welding supply
store.....

I'm interested in buying:

        Lincoln SP125 Plus      $550
        regulator                $50
        80 cf bottle (75/25)    $110
        spool of wire            $20
        leather jacket           $40
        gloves                    $3
        hood (large shield)      $30

I'm interested in the 125 mainly because I'm limited to 120V (I live in an apt).
Main use will be for sheetmetal work on some old cars, etc.

Will this welder be a good choice (it replaces the SP-100), and is the
pricing good/reasonable?
