I know the stated reason was to get closer to the market.  But I think lower 
taxes, cheaper labor and better weather may have entered into the picture, too. 
 More competitive prices -- probably;  better quality -- to be determined.

I haven't seen anything from this list in a while.

Question:   

Will Chicago Pneumatic tools be better from NC rather than NY?  They just
announced the move.  Their reason was to get closer to the market.
