Some of us are in more Suburban areas and don't have room for a separate
garage. What I do have is a 3 car garage and try to keep one project car at
a time, unfortuneately, I've graduate to two project cars, one is mine and
the other is my 5yr old son's quarter midget (takes up more space than you
think). I've started to seriously consider installing a lift. I've seen
them advertised for $2,500 and less. That's not to bad, I can't imagine that
it would be much more than a pit.
One of the reasons I bought my current house is because of the 3 car garage.
Now, I say that I'll never buy another house without at least a 4 car
garage.
