I have just ordered a set of Shadow manuals from James Carrington.
150UKP works out to be about 240$US. I'll post a comment about them as
soon as they arrive.
>From what I hear, the RROC $675 manuals are copies in plain three-hole
binders. Not in the RR three=ring binders.

I recently received the new issue of Hyphen, the semi-annual
publication of the Rolls-Royce FOundation. One of the benefits they
offer their members is a photocopying service for records they have.
One thing they have is the Shadow shop manuals. They say it's 1200
pages, and charge 15 cents per page. I make 0.15 * 1200 to be $180.
Now, that's still pricy, but better than the $675 RROC wants. On
the other hand you don't get the way-cool RR binders either.
I'd encourage anyone remotely interested in these cars to join the
Foundation; it's only $10 per year, and Cal West's account of inspecting
the Bagwhan's cars was worth the first year's fee.
