Hello Group
In dealing with fuel systems on my newest project I found out that GM uses
gas gauges set up to operate on a sending unit that is 30 ohm resistance.
If you use an aftermarket system it is more than likely using a sending unit
that has a higher ohm rating. This will result in your gauge reading wrong.
I would suggest that this is more than likely your problem at this time.

Subject: [Oletrucks] Fuel Gauge Fix
Don't think my AD ( after market sending & gauge) or boat fuel gauges are
reading correct - anyone have a check list on confirming operation ?
Thanks,
Jim
