[Oletrucks] Chevy 350 Engine / 5 speed Transmission spacing

Hi All:

I'm 1500 miles away from my 55-1 Chevy PU / 350 / 4L60E - wanting 5 speed -
found rebuildable 92 Chevy 1500 5 speed / clutch & stuff.

Sure I'm OK but before I buy / haul it home would like to know ( close
estimate )  from the firewall to the front of a bench seat of a AD truck -
hate to have the shifter up against or too close to the seat.
