[oletrucks] 56 250 swap Question

Hello,

 Has anyone done a 250 6cyl swap into  56?  If so any information that would
make the swap easier is greatly appreciated.  I have low mileage 250 out of 78
pickup and I'm considering swapping it for the 235 that needs rebuilt.  I
would like to keep the original transmission.
