I will be painting my frame in a few days. I had it blasted and epoxy
primed 9 months ago and it has been kept inside during that time.
Can I just rub over it with some red scotch brite to roughen it up
before I paint it? Do I even need to do that, can I just paint over the
epoxy primer? I am going to use Rustoleum paint on the frame and
underneath.
Thanks tom in sc
