Thanks for forwarding your answer to all of the list. I am interested in doing this to my 1950 3100. Somewhere I read that a Bronco tank will fit between the frame rails on these trucks. Could you send me the tank dimensions so I can verify that a Bronco tank will work. I am sure that a Chevy gas gauge will not work with the Ford sending unit, finding or purchasing a Ford gas gauge is easy.
