Hi George,
I was reading your post in the ole-trucks forum about the steering column
you have.
I have a 1955 2nd series Chev 3100 in progress that I am trying to restore
as original.
The part I am interested in is the column shift collar. It's the saddle
shaped piece on top the steering column
that holds the shift rod on top of it.
I don't think I need the whole column, but I haven't checked my old one
for wear yet.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Where are you located?
