  This is from my friend who has done many chopped tops: The "no upfront
money" is probably due to his reputation.

Best cutter free hand is Charlie at 860 489-1550, I sent him a pattern and
he provided the windshield and cut it , mailed it to me and never asked for
any money up front.

The cut was perfect and he does it free hand.  He has done lots of them ,
all the North East guys use him.
